Standard turnaround time is approximately 15 business days from receipt of payment. [This does not include custom art design time.]. While many orders are completed sooner, timelines may vary based on production volume and project complexity.
*Rush orders: Intrigue Ink will go the extra mile to meet your due date! Rush charges will apply to any order that is requested before 10 business days. This will include expedited shipping fees and 20% of the order total.

We accept high-resolution, vector artwork (.AI or .EPS preferred).
If you don’t have print-ready files, we offer in-house design services to digitize, vectorize, re-size, or tweak.

If you don’t have art, we offer in-house design services to create on-brand professional graphics.
Custom art typically takes 7-10 business days and remains the property of Intrigue Ink unless licensing is purchased.
The design fee is required up front to kick off the process.

One-time costs applied per design.
These costs cover the setup and preparation required for custom orders and apply to the initial order only; they are not charged on reorders.
Standard Setup — $25 per design / color / location
Color Matching — $25 per color
Bandana Setup — $50 per color / location
Wholesale Project Costs
Applicable when placing a wholesale order outside of our current seasonal line or requesting modifications to items within the current line.
Wholesale orders may include the following costs depending on customization, materials, and production requirements.
Standard Setup — $25 per design / color / location
Color Matching — $25 per color
Custom Blank Sourcing — $2 per item
Custom Design — $2 per item
Additional project-based costs may apply depending on artwork, materials, production requirements, or shipping. All applicable costs will be clearly outlined in your quote prior to production.
